The IT Management Services of South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services area are seeking an IT Systems Designer for a permanent position. In this role, you will be part of the production and customer support team within the IT management services unit. The IT management services of South Ostrobothnia are responsible for the ICT infrastructure of the wellbeing services area. Approximately 80 full-time employees work in IT management services. The selected person will work as an IT Systems Designer within the IT management services of South Ostrobothnia. The main unit is located in Seinäjoki. The IT management services play a significant role in ensuring safe and functional social and health care for residents of South Ostrobothnia. You will work under the supervision of the team leader of the production and customer support team, contributing to the smooth operation and effectiveness of IT management services. The IT Systems Designer is responsible for maintaining systems and technology tasks. Responsibilities include preparing and coordinating procurement, ordering, installation, and replacement of end-user devices, as well as planning and coordinating IT aspects of organizational relocations. The role also involves developing and designing the lifecycle processes of the device environment, collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders, and managing and developing the information systems used in the work. Additionally, tasks include managing workstations and mobile devices (SCCM/Intune). Qualifications: - Suitable higher education degree - Experience in the field We require relevant education and work experience, a valid B-class driving license, experience in managing and developing end-user device environments, good cooperation and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, IT skills, documentation skills, organizational ability, customer service skills, ability to understand and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, fluent communication skills, proactive work attitude, understanding customer needs, and excellent Finnish language skills. The terms of employment and salary are based on the applicable HYVTES agreement, with a starting salary of €3,725.82/month. In addition to the base salary, there is a possibility to receive experience-based allowances according to the collective agreement if the conditions are met.
