Who the agreement covers
Talotekniikka-alan toimihenkilöitä koskeva työehtosopimus on valtakunnallinen. Sitä noudatetaan sen soveltamisalaa koskevan määräyksen mukaan LVI –Tekniset Urakoitsijat LVI –TU:n, Palvelualojen työnantajat PALTA:n ja Sähkötekniset työnantajat STTA:n ja talotekniikka-alalla toimivien jäsenyritysten teknisiin toimihenkilöihin.Does it apply to every employer in the field?
Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
