Project Manager

Nooa seeks a people-oriented project manager who wants to take end-to-end responsibility for construction projects and help shape the future of building and housing development. In this role you will contribute to creating Finland’s best housing product in a fast-growing, youthful real estate company that aims to do things differently in the industry. As project manager you will act as the project’s own CEO, responsible for quality, schedule, budget and customer satisfaction. You will lead projects as a whole and ensure progress is on track and aligned with set objectives – the outcome is high quality, workers and stakeholders are satisfied, and the project reflects Nooa’s top-tier standards. What we expect from you: you can handle multiple threads simultaneously and work smoothly in a dynamic environment; you get along with diverse people and stakeholders; you are used to taking responsibility and making decisions; you are used to working with budgets; you can bring new perspectives and ideas to construction development. Your educational background may be for example construction foreman, construction engineer, diploma engineer, business studies or production economics – but above all we value personality, attitude and demonstrated experience in project management. It’s also valued if you have practical experience from construction sites and an understanding of the construction process. You are precise, results-oriented, good with people, persistent and thorough. Work is mainly in the Greater Helsinki area and at Nooa’s office. A car and driving license are required; several sites may be active simultaneously. Salary is negotiated per candidate; the package includes a fixed salary and bonuses tied to project success.
