Job Summary The Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances – India is a high-impact role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of partners within the region. You will be responsible for identifying and building new Copado Centers of Excellence (CoEs) from the ground up, as well as optimizing existing ones. You will serve as the primary architect of the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with each partner, ensuring that strategy translates into measurable execution. As the first point of contact for the India ecosystem, you will bridge the gap between partner delivery teams, joint marketing efforts, and Copado’s global sales goals. Key Responsibilities CoE Creation & Scaling: Identify high-potential partners and lead the end-to-end setup of new Copado Centers of Excellence. Define the technical standards, training paths, and governance models required for a partner to be "Copado-ready." Joint Business Planning: Negotiate and agree upon annual/quarterly joint plans with partner leadership. This includes setting targets for certifications, pipeline generation, and co-marketing activities. Execution Management: Be the "driver" of the joint plan. Conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to track progress, unblock technical issues, and ensure both parties are meeting their commitments. First Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for partners regarding new sales opportunities, technical queries, and POC support. Enablement & POC Oversight: Facilitate technical enablement and oversee Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure partners can demonstrate Copado’s value effectively to end customers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align India-based partner activities with Global Alliances and the local Sales team to ensure a unified Go-To-Market (GTM) approach. Qualifications & Experience 6–10 years of experience in Alliances, Channel Management, or Partner Success, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem in India. Strategic Execution: Proven ability to not just "manage" a relationship, but to create a structured plan and hold stakeholders accountable for results. Technical Foundations: Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management lifecycle is good to have for this role Sales Acumen: Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and supporting partners in co-selling motions. Communication: Strong executive presence; ability to pitch the value of a Copado CoE to partner leadership (CTOs/Practice Heads).
