Game Master

Hello! How would you like a game master role among escape rooms? WayOut Oy is looking for two game masters for the Tampere location. WayOut operates in the experiential service sector offering experiences and fun through escape room adventures. Our locations are in Hyvinkää, Jyväskylä and Tampere. We seek a person who enjoys customer service and wants to provide guests with memorable experiences. The job is part-time, and we may call in a person as needed. Responsibilities include guiding and supervising customers during the escape room experience, handling cash register duties, and maintaining the store. Work hours mainly concentrate on weekends and evenings due to the nature of the business. We offer an interesting, people‑oriented job in a relaxed environment with flexible scheduling. Qualifications include interest in escape games and the experiential sector, customer service experience and service-minded attitude, a proactive approach, enthusiasm and good interpersonal skills, English language ability for basic customer interaction, problem-solving skills, flexibility with shifts, and basic IT skills.
