We are looking for two Trainees, People Insights to join KONE’s Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation (E&T) team for a 12-month temporary assignment. For a final-year university student or recent graduate who is AI native, curious about data, and confident with Power BI, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to help build a new People Insights capability in KONE People & Communications (P&C). You will support the Manager, People Insights in turning people, business, and operational data into meaningful analysis, visualizations, and insights that help leaders make better decisions. You will get to work on real business questions, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to a capability that is important for KONE’s transformation and future growth. Requirements

- AI native mindset with practical experience using AI tools for productivity and problem solving
