Practical Nurse with Medication Permits for Home Care

We are seeking an experienced practical nurse for a long-term position in a specialised home-care setting in Porvoo. The work offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, client-centred care in an environment that differs from traditional home care. You will generally work with the same client throughout the entire shift, and the day does not involve continuous travel from one location to another. The aim is to find a long-term, committed employee as part of a familiar care team. Employment details Start as soon as possible Morning and night shifts Full-time hours available Pay €17.00/hour + 9% holiday compensation Job description The work is mainly in Porvoo. Occasionally, shifts may also be available in the Helsinki area, so the ability to use your own car is considered an advantage. The clients are older people whose care is provided in their own homes with the support of a round-the-clock care team. The work allows you to become familiar with each client's situation and provide individualised care. Care takes place at one location for the entire shift, making the work calmer and more client-centred than traditional home care. The locations have suitable break and staff facilities for nurses.
