Job Description As the Readiness and Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing Attendo's readiness and security operations nationwide. In this role, you will report to the Head of Legal and Licensing Services of the Attendo Finland Group. You will work as part of the group's expert team, but you will operate very independently and collaborate closely with regional managers, care home managers, representatives involved in business readiness, and other internal and external stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to build and develop security and readiness operations and create operating models that have a concrete impact on Attendo's operations nationwide. The role is highly practical and offers a diverse area of responsibility, ranging from readiness and continuity management to security management and the development of medical device safety. The work involves travel and requires regular visits to Attendo's sites across Finland, where you will identify areas for improvement related to security and preparedness and implement solutions. Additionally, the position requires a willingness to travel as agreed to the Helsinki head office for collaboration and development days and other meetings. Success in the role requires the ability to grasp broad entities, identify the most essential areas for development, and prioritize actions. You will be given significant responsibility and freedom to influence how the role and its operating methods are developed in the future. Tasks - Drafting, updating, and developing readiness and continuity plans - Developing and implementing security management operating models - Identifying vulnerabilities and assessing risks at Attendo's sites across Finland - Developing and coordinating rescue plans as well as fire, facility, and property security - Developing crisis management and preparedness and planning crisis exercises - Planning and implementing security training and developing security culture - Cooperation with authorities and monitoring security-related legislation and regulations - Close collaboration with regional managers, care home managers, and other internal and external stakeholders - Conducting security assessments at Attendo's sites and planning and promoting development measures - Coordinating and developing operating procedures related to the safety of medical devices. We are looking for - A suitable university degree (e.g., security, rescue services, administration, or other applicable education). - Experience in readiness, security, continuity management, or risk management roles. - Practical experience in drafting, developing, and implementing security or continuity plans. - Understanding of risk management and continuity management methods (e.g., ISO 22301 and/or ISO 31000). - Ability to grasp broad entities and identify and prioritize security development targets. - Experience in cooperation with authorities or working in a regulated operating environment. - Good interaction, collaboration, and networking skills, and the ability to operate smoothly with various stakeholders. - Crisis management and crisis communication skills. - Willingness to travel regularly to Attendo's sites across Finland. Additionally, the position requires a category B driver's license and the possibility of using a private car for work. - Fluent Finnish language skills and good English language proficiency.
