Accounting and Controlling Support Specialist

Role title is Spécialiste Support Pilotage et Comptabilité. The role is described as a client-facing, product‑savvy specialist who acts as a central contact between clients (business leaders, internal accountants) and the Accounting team. The duties include handling accounting inquiries, qualifying requests, providing rapid responses, escalating when needed, and helping clients and cabinets migrate data onto Pennylane. The position offers onboarding through the Pennylane Academy, progression into autonomous ticket handling, creation and updating of client help materials, sharing knowledge with colleagues, and eventually taking ownership of projects and product feedback. Requirements include formal accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable), at least 3 years’ experience in a accounting firm, strong English, writing skills, autonomy, and familiarity with Pennylane.
