Terveystalo’s nurses are nursing professionals whose work is to promote and maintain health and prevent and treat illnesses. Nurses are one of Terveystalo’s largest professional groups, working at our private medical clinics and in public-sector partnerships. They may run independent appointments, work in hospital operating theatres or provide digital nursing services. Nurses can build specialist expertise in areas such as asthma, diabetes, memory care, wound care or psychiatric nursing. At Terveystalo in Rauma, you will carry out a varied range of nursing duties and develop your expertise in healthcare. Your duties include independent nursing appointments, assisting doctors with minor procedures, taking a range of laboratory samples and customer service. You may occasionally cover shifts in Uusikaupunki. The position is permanent and full-time. The work is in two shifts and includes weekends. Terveystalo’s total remuneration consists of a role-specific salary, a possible personal pay component and employment benefits. The role follows the private healthcare services collective agreement (TPTES), which determines the role-specific salary. The position is classified in pay group VR 4, with a minimum nurse salary of €2,753.64 per month. Pay may increase based on experience, skills and work location. Pay may also include a personal component reflecting special expertise and previous experience, supplements for additional responsibilities, and seniority increments: 6% after four years and 11% after seven years, calculated on the role-specific salary. Collective-agreement shift supplements are paid on top. Benefits include lunch, sports, culture and well-being benefits, partner discounts and comprehensive occupational healthcare.
