Plasma cutting machine operator

We are now looking for an experienced plasma cutting operator for Tampere. In this role you work as part of the production team and are responsible for performing plasma cutting and related pre- and post-processing tasks safely and with high quality. Responsibilities: - Performing plasma cutting according to drawings and work instructions - Prepping cutting work: selecting materials, fixturing and settings - Post-processing cut parts, such as deburring, grinding and measuring - Maintenance and cleaning tasks for machines and equipment in cooperation with maintenance - Adherence to quality and occupational safety requirements and reporting deviations - When needed, cooperating with other departments in installation and assembly tasks What we expect from you: - Experience with plasma cutting or similar processes - Good reading of drawings and measurement skills - Basic knowledge of metalworking processes and material behavior during cutting - Ability to work independently and in a team We offer: - Varied tasks - Full-time daytime work, 2-shift readiness - Salary based on experience and skills - Support for professional development and opportunity to learn new processes Application: Send your application and CV as soon as possible; starting date is by agreement.
