This role combines practical reception work, team support, and first-line supervisory responsibility. Santasport's reception is the meeting point for the entire facility and a central part of the customer experience. During the day, you will encounter athletes, camp participants, corporate clients, families, and international guests, acting as a link between accommodation, sports, wellness, and meeting services. As the Service Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of the reception, support the team in their everyday work, and work as part of the reception team yourself. **What does the job involve?** The role combines customer service, first-line supervision, and operational development.
