After Sales Salesperson

The role involves meeting residents at their homes to promote ultrafast fiber connectivity, explain benefits, identify needs, guide the customer through the sales process from initiation to closing, and support the customer with ongoing service. You will work mainly in the evenings and on weekends, have a base salary plus commissions, and opportunities for bonuses. You will receive a thorough onboarding and ongoing coaching, with support from a team leader. You’ll be part of a team that values progress, mutual support, and celebrating successes. Requirements include willingness to meet new people, drive license (B) and access to a car is a plus but not required, and full age. The company offers a fixed base wage of 12.5 €/h per ICT collective agreement, commissions 70–250 € per sale, potential monthly bonuses, and a typical earnings around 20 €/h with no hard cap.
