General Practitioner

As the Chief Physician, you will serve as the immediate supervisor of the unit’s doctors and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and develop. You will work in close collaboration with the nursing leadership and build seamless cooperation with other actors within the Pirkanmaa wellbeing region. You will not work alone, but become part of a network of medical leadership across Pirkanmaa sote units where experiences are shared, peers are coached, and services are developed together. The Kaukajärvi satellite works closely with Hervanta social and health services. The role emphasizes leadership, but there is an opportunity for limited clinical duties.
