We are seeking construction and final cleaners for our client projects in the Tampere region. Do you enjoy meticulous, practical work where your handiwork is visible as the project progresses? Can you get a good feeling when a site becomes clean, safe and ready for handover? We are looking for energetic and thorough construction and final cleaners to work on various construction-site projects around Tampere. Your duties will include cleaning on site and final touches before handover, varying by project. Tasks may include final cleaning and finishing of construction sites, removing construction waste, cleaning surfaces, maintaining site tidiness, and ensuring safety on site. Some sites may involve working at heights, so safe use of fall protection is essential; if you have experience with heights or harnesses, please mention it in your application. We offer seasonal and varied work at construction sites in Tampere city centre, Rahola, Ruotula and Peltolampi and other sites. Diverse worksites and environments, opportunity to develop skills in construction cleaning, a supportive team, and proper tools and safe working conditions. We expect you to have experience with construction cleaning and/or final cleaning, a valid safety card, a proactive and careful work attitude, good physical condition, fluent Finnish, and flexibility for varying tasks and sites. Beneficial would be prior experience with P1-final cleaning, ability to use fall protection, car as transportation to sites, and construction training or experience. Pay: 13.22–14.50 €/h, depending on experience, qualifications, and applicable collective agreement. Start when a suitable person is found; contract is a fixed-term temp role.
