Supervisor

We are hiring for the Tampere factory in Myllypuro and Pirkkala for underground drilling equipment assembly on a fixed-term basis until the end of 2027. Your role will involve daily production leadership, guiding employees, and achieving production targets. You will have frontline responsibility for the named department, and you will be responsible for the safety, motivation and development of that department’s staff. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production, quality and safety. A significant part of your tasks is to handle scheduling, time-tracking and efficiency. In this role you will collaborate with different stakeholders such as production development, production planning and procurement. Some supervisory roles may include shift work.
