Customer and Sales Negotiator

HL-Family Oy, a growing family business, is looking for full-time sales and customer negotiators to join the team. We collaborate with well-known partners including Otavamedia Oy, Sanoma Magazines, Bonnier Publications, Terramedia and offer products that our customers can choose from. Prior work experience is not required as we train every new hire with our 30 years of experience and expertise; age is only a number and our sales team includes both young people starting their careers and retirees. Our full-time staff work 7 hours per day, either morning or evening shifts. We plan shifts to consider personal circumstances and you can influence your own shifts. After training, there is also an option to work remotely with equipment provided by the company. We treat each employee as an individual and provide personal support throughout their career.
