Electrician

We are looking for a skilled and capable electrician to work at customer sites in the Tampere region. The job includes various electrical installations at diverse, changing sites. Projects may involve renovation of schools and day-care centers as well as new builds on detached housing and hobby-home sites. The duration of sites ranges from one day to 1–2 months. The ideal candidate will have the basic electrician qualification plus several years of experience in the field, but we also consider less experienced applicants, so it is worth applying even if you do not have two years of work experience yet. Employment requires valid occupational safety and electrical safety cards and a B-class driving license. Compensation is according to the electrical installation TES (15.90 €/h – 19.72 €/h), depending on previous experience and skills. You will be provided with high-quality work clothes meeting safety requirements and support from WorkPower’s construction team in all matters related to employment. Start date is in August–September 2026, and a good performer may move to our customer company after a temporary agency period. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri 07:00–15:30, and company car is available for work travel. Please apply today; the position will be filled once a suitable candidate is found.
