Responsibilities
- CFO Administrative Support: Manage the CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate communications between CFO and stakeholders, handle travel arrangements and expense reporting, maintain filing systems, govern monthly and quarterly meetings, oversee Board Audit and Risk Management meeting cycle.
- Investor Relations Coordination: Coordinate logistics for quarterly earnings cycles, investor conferences, and roadshows; manage travel for CFO/CEO and IR; maintain synchronized calendars; track investor meeting materials; lead AGM logistics.
- Operational Support: Develop efficient processes for recurring administrative tasks; build relationships with administrative staff; provide support for HQ Real estate matters; ensure compliance with confidential information policies; identify opportunities to improve processes.
Requirements
