Precast Element Production Worker

Element Production Worker, Kankaanpää 2 positions Satakunta, Kankaanpää We are looking for two element production workers for our client Sp Elementit Oy’s production in Kankaanpää. The first person will start in mid-November and the second at the beginning of December. The estimated duration of employment is until around mid-January, probably longer. Sp Elementit is an experienced expert in hall construction in Northern Satakunta. The company manufactures large timber elements, such as roof and wall elements and frame structures for commercial, industrial and sports construction. As an element production worker, you will take part in manufacturing timber elements in production facilities. Your tasks include assembling timber structures, putting elements together and carrying out other production stages. Work is performed in two shifts (morning and evening) on weekdays, and weekly working time is 37.5 hours. To succeed in the role, you need a positive and self-directed approach, a willingness to learn new things and the ability to work smoothly as part of a work community. Previous construction training or experience in the timber or construction industry is considered an advantage; the most important things are the right attitude and willingness to work.
