CNC Lathe Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC turning operator for a workshop in Tampere, Hervanta. The role involves working on a modern machine fleet to perform a variety of turning tasks from small-series to single pieces. The machines use Fanuc and Mazatrol controls; expertise in one control is required and knowledge of the other is a plus. The work is done in a two-shift pattern. The successful candidate enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes responsibility for their own work, and wants to develop their turning skills. We value meticulous work habits and quality. Responsibilities include CNC turning for small series and single pieces, setting up and fine-tuning programs, working on Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controlled machines, and measuring parts to ensure quality. Requirements include experience in CNC turning, proficiency in either Fanuc or Mazatrol controls, ability to make adjustments and program changes, proactive and solution-oriented work ethic, accuracy, and readiness for 2-shift work. Preference will be given to candidates with programming skills on CNC machines, experience with both controls (Fanuc & Mazatrol), and broad machine shop experience.
