Technical Project Manager, R&D required to develop and lead internal product development projects in line with business and product management goals. You will influence the development of new technological solutions and products, and ensure development projects progress from idea to implementation. You will lead several parallel development projects related to passive sensors and surrounding electronics, embedded systems, software, algorithms and AI solutions. You will handle resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder collaboration, and ensure project teams have the best possible conditions to succeed. You will work closely with product management, product owners, development teams and quality, with the role emphasizing internal product development and limited customer interface. You will operate in an operational role based on roadmaps and budgets defined by product management, ensuring development projects advance according to targets. A core part of your role is the holistic management of multiple projects, including planning, tracking and reporting and ensuring technical goals, timelines and costs stay under control. You will deeply understand the technical content to support project teams and collaborate with experts from different technology domains. - Lead multiple parallel development projects related to passive sensors and surrounding electronics, embedded systems, software, algorithms and AI solutions.
- Manage project resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with product management, product owners, development teams and quality.
- Focus on internal product development with minimal customer interaction.
- Plan, track and report on projects, ensuring technical goals, timelines and costs stay on target.
Requirements
- Soveltuvaa teknistä korkeakoulututkintoa (insinööri tai DI)
- Noin viiden vuoden kokemusta projektinhallinnasta teknisessä tai tuotekehitysympäristössä
- Kokemusta kehitysprojektien suunnittelusta, koordinoinnista ja läpiviennistä
- Ymmärrystä elektroniikasta, sulautetuista järjestelmistä, ohjelmistoista tai muista korkean teknologian ratkaisuista
- Kykyä hallita useita samanaikaisia projekteja
- Kokemusta tiimien tai projektiryhmien koordinoinnista
- Hyvää taloudellista ymmärrystä sekä kokemusta budjetoinnista ja ennustamisesta
- Kokemusta ERP-järjestelmien käytöstä
- Jira- sekä MS Project -osaaminen katsotaan eduksi
- Sujuvaa englannin kielen taitoa sekä suullisesti että kirjallisesti
