Site Supervisor

We are seeking a construction site supervisor for VRJ Construction's unit in Central Finland. As a site supervisor at VRJ, you will work alongside the responsible site supervisor on larger renovation projects, where you will be responsible for leading the entire site. The work on large projects is varied and rewarding, and challenges are overcome through strong professional skills and effective cooperation within the team. Planning and scheduling the work, as well as cooperating with designers, subcontractors and clients, are a major part of your day. You are the site supervisor we are looking for if: - You have strong communication and organisational skills. - You want to work independently as part of a top team. - The well-being of the work community is important to you. - You have at least three years of work experience in site-supervision roles on different renovation projects. - Your educational background is as a construction foreman or engineer. - You are proficient in using various IT programs. - You enjoy fast-paced and varied work. - You are ready to travel.
