Coaching Development Specialist

FC Lahti is seeking a Coaching Development Specialist to lead the design, organization and delivery of coaching education programs. The role includes ensuring that learning from trainings transfers into daily coaching practice, developing the seuran coaching program, maintaining training records in the training management system, and coordinating the coach network along with joint training and meeting events. The position also involves collaboration with Palloliitto and the club’s coaching leads, and requires the candidate to be flexible, well-organized, self-driven and capable of working evenings and weekends. Training responsibilities include organizing and implementing start-up coaching courses and senior coaching education (UEFA C-level), goalkeeper coach education (MV D and MV C) in cooperation with other club coaches, and planning themed trainings with the club’s coaching staff. The education requirement for this role is UEFA Youth B level, to be completed by 2027. The contract is full-time and fixed-term through 31 December 2028, starting 1 January 2027.
