Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher for Lystilä Daycare in Vantaa to join a collaborative team. The role covers working with a group of children under 3 years old, with shifts varying on weekdays between 6:00 and 17:10. The daycare employs several professionals including a social educator and a childminder, with additional support from a special education teacher and other staff. The position is permanent with start date negotiable. The duties include contributing to a positive group environment, flexible and client‑oriented approach, and participation in a supportive multi‑disciplinary network. The day care is part of the municipal education system in Vantaa and participates in related development programs. The monthly salary is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR, with supplements for certain qualifications and years of experience. A six‑month probation period applies, and the role is full‑time.
