The work involves irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts varying daily. The base is Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, and standby duty requires being within 1.5 hours travel. Salary is based on the collective agreement, including experience-based pay and various allowances. Career advancement includes roles such as trainer or Senior Cabin Crew Member.
