Senior MEP Construction Manager

We are supporting a major industrial construction programme in Berlin and are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of critical building services packages within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate on-site MEP construction activities from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders across multiple workstreams. Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, including LV, MV, and HV systems. Drive programme delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Support the transition from concept design through construction completion. Prepare scopes of work, contractor packages, and tender documentation. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality requirements on site. Requirements Proven experience delivering MEP construction projects within industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, battery, or other cleanroom environments. Strong understanding of HVAC, exhaust, ventilation, dry air, dust collection, and related mechanical systems. Experience managing multiple contractors in fast-paced project environments. Familiarity with HOAI project phases. Proficiency with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent English required.
