SIXT Rental Sales Agent

SIXT is looking for a Rental Sales Agent in Tampere who thrives in a people-centered role, meets customers genuinely, and aims to make every customer interaction better than the customer expected. We are not primarily interested in your education or years of experience; we value the right attitude and someone who enjoys working with people, seizes opportunities with confidence, and is prepared to take that extra step to create an excellent customer experience. In this role you will serve travelers and corporate clients face-to-face, by phone, and by email; handle practical aspects of car rental and help customers find products and services that fit their needs. You will succeed if you enjoy customer service and meeting people, have a positive and proactive attitude, are willing to upsell, stay calm under pressure, speak fluent Finnish and English, and hold a valid B driving license. We offer an hourly wage of 12.50 €/h, uncapped sales commissions, thorough onboarding, opportunities to develop sales and customer service skills, a supportive team and international working environment, and SIXT employee benefits. The work is scheduled around office hours with flexible hours and is full-time (37.5 h/week) on a fixed-term basis until the end of February.
