About the role

Lead with the customer in mind and own the day-to-day operation of a launched product in Mexico. This role involves managing queues, handling cases end-to-end, and designing processes with a human touch. You’ll work alongside AI-enabled tools to triage, debug, and improve the product experience. You’ll be part of a small, curious team and wear multiple hats as needed. You’ll contribute to proactive problem solving by documenting runbooks, influencing product decisions, and partnering with Risk and Engineering.
