We are seeking a Team Lead for the Pori Motonet department store. Join a skilled and active team in versatile retail tasks. We are looking for a sales-oriented Team Lead who is excited about supervisory work. In this role, you will lead and coach your team in daily work and ensure that our customers receive high-quality, smooth, and solution-oriented service at every visit. As a Team Lead, you operate as part of the department store's daily life and are responsible for the smoothness of sales, customer service, and daily operations. The role can focus on the store, checkout, customer service, or spare parts and automotive product groups depending on the selected person's skills, experience, and strengths. Most important is that you have previous supervisory experience, commercial thinking, and a desire to make the team succeed. Employment is full-time and permanent. Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be 18 years old. Salary according to agreement, based on skills and experience. In your work, you lead your team with a coaching approach, support the development of team members' skills, and ensure that operations according to chain instructions are implemented in daily life. Your tasks may include taking care of the general condition and displays of the store, ensuring the implementation of campaigns, price and shelf changes, and seasonal changes, supporting the smoothness of checkout operations and cash traffic, and promoting the daily operations of spare parts and automotive sales. The Team Lead also participates in the department store's work in all shifts, and the position flexibly includes other department store tasks. In daily life, you are involved in customer service and sales work, serve as an example to your team, and ensure that a good service attitude, active sales, and a desire to make a deal are visible in the work.
