Appointment Setter (B2B)

We are currently seeking energetic and motivated APPOINTMENT SETTERS (B2B) for ASales Oy for full-time work. ASales Oy specializes in B2B and B2C lead generation and appointment setting. We have grown to over 50 people and are recruiting 10 new appointment setters to strengthen the team. You will arrange sales meetings for our clients and play a key role in acquiring new customers. Responsibilities include scheduling sales meetings, active new client acquisition, contacting potential clients by phone using a dialing system, logging meetings in systems, and tracking your own targets. Prior sales or phone experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided. Work can be done from our Helsinki office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the world. The company will select the working mode with you based on the situation. Requirements include a bold proactive attitude, goal orientation and independent work style, strong interpersonal skills, fluent Finnish (English, Swedish or German skills are a plus), willingness to learn and adapt to new IT programs. We offer a full-time position (calling mainly 9–17 on weekdays), potential for permanent employment, comprehensive training and ongoing support, a relaxed and encouraging work environment, true advancement opportunities within the company, and direct recruitment for ASales. Onboarding takes place across one of our four appointment teams with support from a team lead and the opportunity to grow daily; two pay models exist: base salary + commission or full commission.
