About the role

About the role As a Project Manager for our client, you will lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for their enterprise Workplace Services. This initial RFP phase is scheduled to run from August to December 2026. You will work closely with diverse teams to bridge the gap between business strategy, IT governance, and vendor capabilities. Work tasks This role involves coordinating a major RFP process for IT workplace services, managing financials, and steering project governance through to potential implementation. - RFP Management: Coordinate the entire RFP process, including booking presentations, receiving and reviewing vendor responses, managing Q&A sessions, and supporting scoring activities. - Project Governance & Planning: Execute the project according to our client's IT governance model, keeping project plans up-to-date and ensuring KPIs, timelines, and budgets are met. - Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Lead cross-functional project teams, manage the project steering group, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and manage external vendors. - Monitor project risk and lead the project planning We are looking for - Advanced knowledge of IT project management within enterprise environments. - Relevant educational background, A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field. - Good understanding of ITSM and workplace-related services such as Service Desk. - Experience using ServiceNow and a strong understanding of service integration. - Professional proficiency in English. It is meritorious if you have - Proficiency in Finnish. - Knowledge of AMS (Application Management Services). - Experience with strategic portfolio and cost follow-up tooling (SPM).
