About the role

Are you at the start of your career, and want to work close to business-critical infrastructure? As Project Analyst in our Infrastructure Management Office, you will have abroad role working with projects, analysis, reporting, and transformation. You will join a cross-functional team that supports management and helps create better processes, stronger governance, and clearer progress across Infrastructure. What you need to succeed - A recently or soon-to-be-completed Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field - 0–2 years of relevant experience, for example from a student assistant role, project work, business operations, or similar - Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information and support decision-making - Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and decision material About the role and the team In GlobalConnect’s Infrastructure organization, we build and deploy large infrastructure projects and operate GlobalConnect’s network and data centres. You will join the Infrastructure Management Office, a cross-functional team responsible for management support, project portfolio management, and external funding. This is a broad, early-career role where you will work closely with senior colleagues and stakeholders across Infrastructure. You will support strategic and operational initiatives that strengthen performance, improve processes, and help us progress toward our 2030 strategic goals. What you’ll be working on - Planning and supporting transformation initiatives and projects - Facilitating workshops, insight sessions, and stakeholder input - Conducting analyses that support decision-making - Preparing presentations, reports, and decision material for management - Identifying improvement opportunities across processes, governance, ways of working, and reporting - Collaborating with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, progress, and anchoring Who you are You are structured, curious, and motivated by a role where analysis, project support, transformation, and stakeholder collaboration come together. You enjoy working with both high-level topics and hands-on execution, and you are comfortable creating clarity from complex or unstructured information. You take ownership of your tasks, follow through on what you start, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels. You are motivated by learning through practical experience and by contributing to stronger governance, clearer reporting, and better processes in a business-critical area.
