A Tampere-based renovation project is seeking energetic and skilled construction workers for a renovation site. The job begins with teardown tasks, including concrete chiselling and other demolition work. As the demolition progresses, workers will move to various building and renovation tasks, and experience in demolition as well as construction is highly valued. Typical duties include concrete chiselling and other demolition work; partition and drywall installation; light carpentry; activities related to rebuilding spaces; other diverse renovation site construction tasks. We expect previous experience in construction and demolition, a proactive work attitude, and good physical condition. The broader the skill set in construction tasks, the better. A valid occupational safety card is required to start work immediately after a suitable candidate is found. Salary is determined by the construction sector collective agreement (TES) and your level of expertise, 15.56–18.65 €/h plus TES-based allowances.
