Welcome to the interesting world of insurance: exciting learning and engaging encounters await! Are you ready to seize an opportunity to gain varied knowledge of insurance and develop your problem-solving skills through real customer cases? Forget boring paperwork: our internship is full of exciting challenges. We are continually looking for enthusiastic students who want to step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves. Here, you can ask questions, try things out and learn! You do not need previous experience in insurance, as we provide excellent onboarding to give you a successful start. Onboarding is an opportunity to meet colleagues, learn how our company works and explore the insurance sector. It includes, for example, product and policy-terms training, legal training, and training in systems, customer service and sales. At POP Insurance, you will join an intern team, where your duties consist of supporting customer service: - Serve customers through different digital channels - Make contract changes according to customers’ needs - Prepare and process various documents - When needed, write explanations for customers and partners Our internship is much more than a set of work tasks. It is an opportunity to grow and learn with great teammates who are committed to supporting you. Every day brings new opportunities to develop your skills and find creative solutions. Team members encourage and support one another. We believe in an open and supportive atmosphere where everyone’s voice and ideas are welcome. We use praise to build trust and encourage everyone to do their best. We also want to help you discover your strengths and interests in the insurance sector. We expect interns to have basic IT skills and fluent Finnish, both spoken and written. The internship lasts at least four months. Our offices are in Panorama Tower in Leppävaara, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. If you are ready to seize the opportunity, send us your application and CV. The next internship period is due to begin in March or April 2027. If that timing does not suit you, you can still submit an application. We will also fill internship positions in the future. Remember to state your preferred internship timing and duration in your application. The internship programme is intended for students. Interns join us through an education agreement, and agreements are always made with the educational institution.
