HR Specialist position in HR Delivery Finland Team. In this versatile role you will execute HR tasks across the different stages of the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build a high-quality employee experience. English language skills are required for daily operations due to the international environment. Main responsibilities include maintaining HR data and HR systems, supporting timekeeping processes, assisting payroll data delivery to external payroll, participating in HR and payroll processes and systems development, managing employee benefits and pension-related practices, and ensuring high-quality service delivery with external service providers. You will work with various stakeholders and see the impact of HR on the business.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage personnel data in HR systems ensuring data accuracy
- Support timekeeping processes and assist managers and employees in system usage
- Ensure payroll data delivery to external payroll processing and assist payroll questions
- Participate in HR and payroll processes and system development and various improvement projects
- Manage policies related to employee benefits and pension-related matters and handle payroll reporting
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Work in an international context with English as a daily working language
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in HR administration or payroll tasks
- AMK degree in HR or business administration
- Good understanding of Finnish labor law and collective agreements
- Strong digital skills and interest in HR systems and processes development
- Meticulous, proactive and solution-oriented work style
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Fluent Finnish and good English skills
