Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager for our home cleaning, childcare and care services unit in Espoo. The role involves leading and developing the unit’s operations, supervising service managers and coordinators, recruiting and onboarding supervisors, and supporting day-to-day leadership. You will participate in the management team, drive sales and profitability for your area, manage tenders and key accounts, and prepare the opening of new service areas. You will act as the main contact for wellbeing-region cooperation and oversee compliance and performance with KPIs, while staying close to customers and daily operations. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong people skills, goal orientation, a track record of development of operations, financial literacy and ability to make decisions based on metrics. A relevant higher education degree and a driving license with own car are required.
