Role and expectations We are seeking a Service Manager for a national account. You will take part in the account’s steering group and operational field work. You will support the service delivery of a designated cleaning account, its supervisors and employees in different parts of Finland, and ensure that agreed practices are implemented consistently. Your office is in the Helsinki metropolitan area, but the role requires regular travel to different locations, so you need a category B driving licence. You have strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. You work naturally with the customer, your own organisation and different units, and put agreed matters into practice. The role requires fluent Finnish and English. You need experience in leading teams, motivating employees and collaborating across organisational boundaries. You can lead operations towards targets and support supervisors and employees in changing situations. We value extensive supervisory experience in the cleaning sector and a specialist vocational qualification in cleaning. You understand operational cleaning services, account management and the requirements of service contracts. You are proficient in the systems needed for the work and use information to monitor operations, report, make decisions and develop the service. You ensure service quality, achievement of agreed targets and smooth everyday operations across unit boundaries. When needed, you also take part in practical field work. You develop your own work, service delivery and the account over the long term together with the customer and different people across the organisation.
