Service Manager

Service Manager, Railway Division We are seeking a Service Manager for our client to be responsible for the operations, personnel, and customer projects of the railway division nationwide. This is a varied expert and supervisory role where you can combine surveying expertise, people management, and customer work. In the role, you will lead an expert team of approximately 12 people whose expertise focuses on railway surveys, control-point surveys, and other surveying services related to railway maintenance. You will work closely with customers, your own personnel, and other service managers. Team members work in different parts of Finland, so the role requires readiness to travel. Your workplace will be in Vantaa, Oulu, or Vaasa; it is also possible to work partly remotely.
