Education Program Manager

Program Manager at Correlation One oversees the design, launch, and ongoing management of live, online training programs. You will coordinate program delivery across teams, manage admissions workflows, hire instructional staff, and maintain high-quality client communications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program impact, scalability, and smooth operation. You will lead and mentor a small team of 1-2 Operations Analysts, support client relationships, and contribute to strategic program enhancements. Reporting to a Senior Program Manager, this position requires a motivated individual who can navigate ambiguity and drive process improvements. Key responsibilities include program management, admissions, team leadership, client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic insight and reporting, and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus. 3-5 years of program management experience, including at least 1 year in education or training, is expected. Remote-friendly with East Coast aligned hours and occasional Saturday work. Strong preference for a candidate located in the MENA region.
