
Job Description - Execution of operational personnel administration along the entire Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, compensation administration, global mobility and offboarding. - Creation and management of employment contracts and other personnel-relevant documents. - Advice and support for employees and managers on questions regarding HR processes, guidelines and local labor law regulations. - Maintenance and ensuring the quality of employee data in our HR systems. - Support with reports, document management and knowledge management within the People Operations organization. - Close cooperation with regional and global People & Culture teams to ensure efficient and timely processes. - Participation in process improvements and continuous optimization of our HR processes. - Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements, internal guidelines as well as agreed service levels and KPIs Qualifications - Completed studies or comparable training in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or a related subject. - Initial professional experience (1-3 years) in the field of HR Operations, personnel administration or People & Culture is an advantage. Motivated career starters are also welcome. - Basic understanding of HR processes and labor law issues. - Interest in digital HR solutions and HR systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS systems is a plus. - Structured and careful way of working with high attention to detail. - Strong service orientation as well as strong communication and team skills. - Analytical mindset, initiative and enjoyment in solving problems and improving processes. - Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing (for the support of the DACH region). - French and Italian skills are desirable, but not a must. Requirements
