Implementation Project Manager

We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager for the service point network to coordinate changes to personal service points and parcel machines. As Implementation Project Manager you will actively operate in line with the network strategy and build smooth collaboration with your own team, other teams within the unit and key stakeholders to achieve common goals. The person we are looking for has experience with implementations, deployments, development or customer projects and a track record of coordinating stakeholders, improving processes and collaborating across teams. Implementations in the service point network have many dependencies, schedules and parties. We expect you to have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, stress-resilience and initiative and accountability. Your task is to ensure implementations progress on schedule. We value Lean thinking and a mindset of continuous improvement. The role requires the ability to simplify complex entities and enhance collaboration between stakeholders. You will also act as a coordinating expert for implementations and participate in development, change and deployment projects as needed. Success requires prior project work experience, strong stakeholder collaboration skills, a networked operating model and ability to develop operations in line with Lean thinking and continuous improvement.
