Injection Molding Setter

We are recruiting mould setters and injection molding setters for our client in a production environment located in Lempäälä. You will work as part of a production team and be responsible for ensuring production runs start smoothly and for monitoring production. The role can be shaped around your skills—you can work as a mould setter or as a more experienced injection molding setter. Mould setter duties include: - Changing moulds according to the production plan - Installing moulds, including mechanical installation and water lines - Moving and managing moulds between storage locations - Production-related documentation and reporting The more experienced injection molding setter role also includes: - Changing moulds and ensuring they operate correctly - Starting production runs and ensuring quality - Monitoring production and ensuring the process works properly - Identifying and resolving disruptions - Cooperating with production, service and maintenance - Production-related documentation and reporting The role offers an opportunity to grow in the position and deepen your expertise in the injection molding process.
