Injection Molding Setter

We are seeking mold setters and injection molding setters for a production environment in Lempäälä. The company is a Finnish-origin, internationally operating manufacturing company that produces various housing and protection solutions and handles assembly and contract manufacturing for industrial needs. The role involves working as part of the production team, ensuring smooth start-up of production times and on-line production supervision. The role can be tailored to your skills—you can work as a mold setter or as an experienced injection molding setter. Mold setter duties include implementing tool changes according to the production plan, tool mounting (mechanical + waterlines), transferring and managing tools between storage locations, and production-related documentation and reporting. Injection molding setter duties (for the experienced) include tool changes, starting production times and ensuring quality, monitoring production and process reliability, identifying and solving disturbances, collaborating with production, maintenance and service, and documenting production. The position offers growth opportunities and deeper expertise in the injection molding process. What we expect from you: technical education or experience in industrial production tasks; interest in production technology and process development; accuracy and careful work; good collaboration and teamwork skills; fluent Finnish. Desirable additional qualifications: prior experience in plastic industry and injection molding processes; experience with injection molding machines and settings; ability to identify and resolve production disturbances.
