Care Home Team Supervisor

We are now looking for a team supervisor for Attendo Nerola, a care home for older people in Järvelä – We are here for you! Attendo Nerola is a 50-place care home for older people. As a team supervisor, you are the foundation of the Attendo home and the trusted working partner of the care home manager. Your expertise is trusted and your views are valued. You assist the Attendo home manager with organising and guiding daily work and provide professional support to staff. The position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in practising care home management and to build a career in care services. What will you get to do? You will also carry out nursing and basic care duties in everyday work. You will support care staff in their daily work. You will assist the care home manager with administrative work. The position is full-time and permanent, and we can agree on the start date with you. We can also begin your induction quickly. What do we expect from you? A higher education degree as a nurse in the social and health care field. Valid medication permits or readiness to complete them immediately at the beginning of employment. Vaccination protection as specified in section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, for the entire duration of employment, to protect clients and patients. A hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one within three months of starting employment. A criminal record extract for employment lasting more than three months when working with minors, older people and people with disabilities. A social and health care professional certificate, or varmennekortti. Previous experience with older people is considered an advantage. What do we offer you? We support you. The terms of employment and pay follow the private social services collective agreement. The pay grade for the position is G24D plus a role-specific supplement.
