About the role

About Agoda At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world. Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide. No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us. Get To Know Our Team: The Supply department is the B2B division within Agoda that connects with our external partners to ensure the supply of accommodations, flights, and activities. Within Supply, the Central Management Office team has been established to strengthen the backbone of the Supply team in various aspects, including project management for both internal Supply and Supply-led cross-department projects. The Opportunity: This is a high-impact PMO role sitting at the heart of the Supply Central Management Office, working directly with senior leadership to drive coordination, structure, and execution across complex cross-functional initiatives. The role offers unique exposure to C-level stakeholders and the opportunity to build processes from the ground up in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end coordination of risk-related and high-stakes cross-functional workstreams, identifying issues, escalating where needed, driving resolution to closure, and ensuring full visibility across all stakeholders. Own end-to-end project management for cross-functional Supply initiatives, from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution, reporting, and post-mortem. Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and briefings that give senior and C-level stakeholders a clear, current view of progress, blockers, and decisions needed. Build and maintain alignment with senior stakeholders (Director level and above) across Supply and partner functions: surfacing trade-offs, framing options clearly, and driving decisions to closure with clear ownership and timing. Prepare and run cross-functional working sessions, steering committees, and Supply leadership cadences (e.g. QBRs, leadership summits): drafting agendas, quality-checking inputs, capturing decisions, and tracking follow-ups. Take on additional Supply-led projects as required. Monitor and consolidate inputs from internal teams, external partners, regulatory sources, and market signals to ensure early detection of country-level risks and operational exposures. Prepare concise, well-structured risk reports and briefings for C-level executives and senior leadership, translating complex situations into clear recommendations. Design and own detailed SOPs (standard operating procedures) for risk monitoring, incident response, and other cross-Supply processes: drafting them end-to-end, securing senior signoff, rolling them out across teams, and refining them based on feedback and lessons learned. This position is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management responsibilities. Required Qualifications: 4 to 5 years of experience in project management running cross-functional projects end to end, preferably in a multinational or cross-functional environment. A bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in business, operations, or project management. Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to build lightweight automations, dashboards, or workflow tools that improved how a team plans, tracks, or reports work. Highly structured thinker, organized, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment under time pressure. In this role, missing something can have significant market-level consequences. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional decisions with senior stakeholders, and to design and roll out SOPs or governance frameworks from scratch Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience reporting to senior leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to report project updates clearly and succinctly to different levels of management. Self-starter mentality, able to operate in ambiguous environments, define your own structure, and move quickly without waiting to be told what to do. High proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for executive-grade reporting and Excel for tracking and data consolidation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in risk management, PMO, compliance, or a related function, preferably in a multinational, cross-functional, or high-growth environment. Familiarity with risk frameworks, incident management processes, or governance structures. Analytical and quantitative skills that allow you to generate hypotheses and insights based on the analyses of large datasets using our various databases and BI tools. Experience with project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar). Experience in the hotel or OTA industry.
