Service Sales Representative

We are seeking a Service Sales Representative for a permanent position in Pirkkala (Pirkanmaa, Finland). The role involves meeting customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable solutions. You will take care of your own customers, maintain active contact as services and contracts continue, and participate in preparing quotations and contracts in collaboration with other teams in the company. The employer operates nationwide, and this position focuses on customers primarily located in South Karelia. Travel and overnight trips may be required, and having a personal car is necessary. Working hours are typically 8:00–16:00, 7.5 hours per day, with travel adding variety to the schedule. We value a bold and goal-oriented approach to sales, good verbal and written communication, commercial thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, especially if you have worked with corporate clients. Experience in service and repair businesses, cold storage, or professional kitchens is also considered favorable. Base salary 3000-3500 €/month + commission.
