Roofing Salesperson

We are looking for several Roofing Salespersons for our multiple locations. The role combines active field sales with customer work and technical knowledge of roofing. You thrive when you take initiative rather than wait for opportunities, and your day includes acquiring customers, customer visits, and of course closing sales. As you gain experience, you will also receive ready-made customer leads. During visits you ascend onto roofs and attics to assess roof condition, take measurements for renovations, listen to customer wishes, and plan a suitable roof renovation. You present your observations to the customer, prepare a quote, and move the sales process forward. Our roof sales are goal-oriented but you are not alone; you have an experienced team and a working process from sales to delivery. If you enjoy situations where your own initiative makes a difference and want to improve in sales, this role could suit you very well. We offer a training path with Kattokeskus to develop into a professional salesperson, team support from colleagues and supervisor, freedom and responsibility to plan your days independently, a base salary of €1,000/month plus an average €750 commission per sale, with additional bonuses starting from the fifth sale of the month, and top-tier tools including a company car and MacBook.
