Production Manager, carpentry industry, permanent position, Lahti region 1 position Lahti We are looking for a Production Manager for our client, for a permanent and full-time position at a carpentry industry company operating in the Lahti region. You will take comprehensive responsibility for daily production operations and participate in planning and delivering projects. As Production Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of production and the progress of work from planning through to completed delivery. Your daily work includes, among other things: - Daily production planning, organisation and supervision - Supervisory duties and production scheduling - Planning furniture projects and project management - Customer collaboration and agreeing practical matters with customers - Worksite visits and monitoring project progress - Coordinating production resources and schedules - Developing production practices - Active cooperation with company management and production staff What do we expect from you? Above all, we are looking for a determined, responsible and proactive person who can take charge of broad responsibilities and move things forward systematically. We hope you have suitable technical education, for example engineering-level education, and previous experience in a production environment. Experience in the carpentry, furniture or furniture manufacturing industry is considered a significant advantage.
