About the role

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to join our Group Strategy team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Group Strategy and collaborate closely with our Executive Committee. You will play a key part in owning, running, and continuously improving the company’s operating system on our processes and procedures. The role focuses on clarity, alignment, cadence, and follow through, translating strategic intent into disciplined execution. To be successful in this role you have strong track record with different operational systems, run independently and always demonstrate a “can-do” attitude. Your Responsibilities - Own, maintain, and evolve the company’s operating system, ensuring it serves as a practical framework for how the company is managed and run. - Standardise and operate core management processes, tools and routines across the organisation. - Own and run key aspects of the Executive Committee’s operating cadence, including meeting preparation, agendas, and readiness (e.g. preparation of briefing materials for senior leadership discussions, preparing and leading of workshops attended by the EC and the broader leadership team.) - Ensure consistency in the communication and review of priorities, progress, and outcomes organisation wide. - Occasionally drive selected cross-functional and strategic initiatives, always focusing on delivery, impact and execution discipline. Your Skills and Experience - Broad experience with a variety of operational models and frameworks, with the ability to assess their suitability for different situations, identify system limitations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Exposure to industries such as semiconductors, electronics, embedded systems, or complex B2B technology is strongly preferred. - Educational background in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field is a plus, MBA or equivalent preferred. - Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly understand and apply new concepts, while maintaining humility, openness to feedback, and respect for the expertise of others. - Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead individuals toward achieving organizational goals. - Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of ownership and accountability, empowering colleagues to take responsibility for their commitments while maintaining clear performance expectations and standards. - Experience working closely with senior leadership (incl. C-Level) and cross‑functional stakeholders, while showing consistently discretion & reliability. - Experience coordinating and consolidating cross-functional inputs into executive-level presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. - CH or EU citizenship or holder of a valid CH work permit is a must.

Requirements
